The primary students are doing a roleplay of a restaurant. They have created their own menus in English and are using them to re-enact a restaurant. Some work inthe kitchen, some are waiters and some are the guests. They take it in turns with the different roles and practise real conversations that they can actually use if they go out for dinner in a local restaurant with their parents.
The infant children listen to many stories and learn by having a lot of fun! In the photos you can see some infant English students listening to two popular stories, Dear Zoo and Nelly Paints a Monster. The stories are told in non-traditional ways entirely in English and using other methods to teach the vocabulary, such as stuffed animals and games so that they are learning and communicating while playing.
